Andy Warhol | Ai Weiwei – free tickets to an exclusive ‘out of hours’ exhibition viewing

Event details:
Date: Saturday 19 March
Time: valid for entry to NGV between 8:45 am – 10 am. (After 10 am normal NGV ticket admission prices will apply)
Ticket allocation: Apply for up to four tickets (2 adult, 2 children – under 15yrs).


About this exclusive viewing:
This event is open to all current La Trobe students and is a chance to enjoy an `exclusive`, viewing of this unique exhibition, celebrating the work of 20th-century visionary artist Andy Warhol and 21st century artist and human rights activist Ai Weiwei. Over 200 seminal Warhol works will be on display – including the Campbell’s Soup series and various celebrity portraits – alongside a suite of major commissions by Ai Weiwei and key works from the last four decades of his career.

As part of this exclusive event, visitors will also have access to Studio Cats, a large-scale installation especially for children and families that draws upon creative connections between the two artists and their mutual love of cats.

How to register for the ticket ballot:
Enter the ballot to win up to four tickets (2 adult, 2 children – under 15yrs) valued up to $26 each.

The ballot will be open from Monday 29 February until Sunday 6 March at 11:30 pm.
All applicants will be notified via email regarding the outcome of their ticket request by 11:30 pm, Wednesday 9 March.
