Our Student Experience Improvement Program needs you!

Become a Student Advisor to the Student First Customer Advocacy Panel (CAP) and gain valuable experience alongside University Executives to help shape the student experience at La Trobe.


  • Opportunity to help foster a positive experience for all La Trobe students
  • Gain experience participating in meetings with high level La Trobe Staff
  • Learn about research methods used in an organisation-wide project to gauge student sentiments
  • Certificate of Appreciation at the end of the program

Attend your choice of any 2 out of 9 CAP meetings in 2016:
Thursdays 1 – 2.30pm
May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, December 15
+ Attend a compulsory Induction Meeting on Thursday 19 May, 1 – 1.30pm
