By meaningfully asking “are you ok?” you can change a life

R U OK BANNERR U OK? Day September 8 is the perfect opportunity to start the conversation with a colleague, friend or loved one but keep the message alive every day!

A place where asking the question “are you ok?” can really work is in the university community. As staff or students, we can all create a culture where people feel confident asking and answering this most important question.

How can you be involved?  You can organise an event and let us know about it to spread the word and inspire others to hold an R U OK? Day event.

For more information and to see what events are already happening go to our R U OK? page.
