The College of ASSC has finished recruiting for the Student Advisor Group (SAG). Thanks for all your interest.
The SAG will supplement ideas and suggestions from students already gathered through surveys, committee representation, focus groups and ad hoc feedback. The Student Advisory Group (SAG) will provide a useful channel of communication between students and the ASSC Student, Transition, Achievement and Retention (STAR) team.
Some of the incentives available will include:
- An official La Trobe University certificate of participation will be awarded at the end of a 12 month period
- Attendance and involvement can contribute to voluntary work
- Catering provided at each meeting
- Variety of gift certificates
To be involved you need to be available for three 90-minute meetings each semester. Meetings are generally held during weeks 2, 7, & 11 of semester.
Semester 1 dates are as follows:
- Tuesday 14 March
2pm – 3.30pm
- Wednesday 5 April
11am – 12.30pm
- Thursday 4 May
1pm – 2.30pm
Occasionally, you will be contacted by our staff via email, to provide further feedback on upcoming activities and developments in relation to student transition, achievement and retention.
