Feeling stressed this semester? Assessments getting you down? The Bendigo LTU Counselling Service is running free mindfulness and anxiety sessions for students.
We have two options available:
Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
Join us for free mindfulness meditation sessions every Tuesday this semester, 3-4pm. Learn how to rest your mind and manage stress more effectively. You can find us in a BSA Student Room, Student Union mezzanine (upstairs behind the bookshop).
Anxiety Group Program for Students (Education and Skills Training)
Register now for a 6-week program for students who want to better manage their anxiety. The program starts Monday 14 August, 3-4:30pm. There is a maximum of 10 participants so places are extremely limited. Registration is essential.
