2018 ASSC Student Advisor Group – applications now open

The College of ASSC is recruiting for its Student Advisor Group (SAG).

The SAG will supplement ideas and suggestions from students already gathered through surveys, committee representation, focus groups and ad hoc feedback. The Student Advisory Group (SAG) will provide an important channel of communication between students and the ASSC Student, Transition, Achievement and Retention (STAR) team.

Some of the incentives available will include:

  • An official La Trobe University certificate of participation will be awarded at the end of a 12 month period
  • Attendance and involvement can contribute to voluntary work
  • Catering provided at each meeting
  • Variety of gift certificates

To be involved you need to be available for three 90-minute meetings each semester. Meetings are held during semester.

Semester 1, 2018 dates

Tuesday 13 March 10.30am – 12.00pm
Thursday 26 April 1.30am – 3.00pm
Monday 28 May 2.00pm – 3.30pm

Semester 2, 2018 dates

Wednesday 15 August 11.00am – 12.30pm
Wednesday 19 September 1.30pm – 3.00pm
Thursday 18 October 11.30am – 1.00pm
