New La Trobe Customer Service feedback button

As part of a new university-wide initiative to improve service experience at La Trobe, a new feedback button has been added to the homepage.

The button allows customers (students, staff, community, partners and visitors) to compliment colleagues for their good work, provide feedback on issues with any university service and makes suggestions on how service or experience can be improved in any way. This feedback applies to all students, staff and community, including third parties and contractors.

We encourage you to start engaging with the feedback button so we can recognise excellent service that is already in place, and we can take active steps to improve services where needed.
